HOW TO CHANGE AIOU EXAM CENTER

I would like to change my Exam Center. Is it possible?

Solution

Under normal circumstances, candidates are not permitted to change their examination location. However, under exceptional circumstances, a change of examination center may be permitted, subject to the following conditions:

(a) If the applicant is a government officer or the officer's spouse or children, the candidate is required to produce a valid documentary proof transfer letter/posting letter with recent attestations, a copy of an attested National Identity Card, and a certificate from a government officer that is not lower than BPS-18. In the event that the partner works for the government, a copy of the Nikah Nama should be attached.

(b) If the applicant or his father moves their place of business or relocate to another station during the last three months before the final test, please supply the appropriate documentation.

However, under exceptional circumstances, a change of examination center may be permitted, subject to the following conditions: The production of legitimate documentation evidence, including a Nikah Nama, a letter of transfer or posting with a current photograph, and a copy of the national identification card with the attestation of a gazette officer.

Instructions on how students may make online payments for their fees

You may make payments for your fees with my ABL APP for ABL AIOU now.

Put the ChallanNo into the CustomerID field.

Click the Validate button, then click the Pay button. On the challan, write "Paid with my ABL APP," and an email address has been established to discuss any issues that students may have with their fees. Please send an email to (fee@aiou.edu.pk) with any questions or concerns you have about fees, including a scanned copy of the challan.

In order to change examination centers at AIOU, certain documents are necessary.

It is necessary to provide an attested copy of evidence for any one of the following reasons in order to alter the location of the examinations:

• Posting/transfer letter
• Appointment letter Nikah Nama (having dates within that particular semester)
• Official document issued by a Gazetted Officer (in case of change of place)
• a picture and an authenticated copy of the NIC (attested from the backside)
• The cost of 600 rupees that was paid via the bank challan (in favour of Treasurer, AIOU)
